Wolverhampton Race Course consist of an 8 race card on the polytrack for Today.

Race 1: 5:50 – Enjoy Betting With bookmakers.co.uk Handicap – Class 5 – 4yo+(0-70) – 7f

An interesting handicap which looks to be between Frontier Fighter who drops back in trip after destroying the opposition in a 1m handicap at Southwell last week, although he has not been as effective yet at 7f and Dashwood who won nicely over course and distance last month and the booking of Robert Tart is a shrewd move by the yard. Prince James is the other of interest as he still looks well treated on the back of his course and distance win in January and 2nd earlier this month. He would be our each way value bet against the front two in the market.

Race 2: 6:20 – Free Betting Tips With bookmakers.co.uk Selling Stakes – Class 6 – 4yo+ – 7f

A Seller which lacks any strength in depth with Classic Colori (IRE) dropping down from Class 4 handicap company to win over course and distance last time out, can go close again. Zing Wing looks a live danger returning to Wolverhampton where she won over course and distance last month in a handicap and Prince of Burma (IRE) is also of interest if he can recover the form which saw him win twice over 1m last January, now dropped into Selling company, but hard to trust him. Our selection has to be Zing Wing.

Race 3: 6:50 – Free Horse Racing Bets With bookmakers.co.uk Handicap – Class 6 – 4yo+(0-60) – 1m 5f

Interesting middle distance handicap with The Blue Dog (IRE) ran well over this trip behind Summersturm last month and had Mr Plod and Party Palace in behind on that occasion, he can go one better here this evening. The main danger looks to be in the form of multiple course winner Bold Adventure who drops back in trip returning to the course where he won nicely in January over the extended 2m trip. He has 8 wins at Wolverhampton, although his optimum trip seems to be the 2m. Bold Adventure would be our selection.

Race 4: 7:20 – Football Odds With bookmakers.co.uk – Class aiming Stakes – Class 5 – 3yo – 5f

A competitive little Claimer which looks to be a straight fight between Hiddon Coin (IRE) who has been in fine form winning twice over course and distance in January but concedes weight to Groove On (IRE) who also won nicely in January over course and distance and is back to make up for the disappointing run at Lingfield last time out when stepped up to Class 4 0-85 company. This is far more his level and he gets the vote.

Race 5: 7:50 – Biggest Free Bets With bookmakers.co.uk Handicap (Div I) – Class 6 – 4yo+(0-52) – 6f

Jonny Skull (IRE) returned to form last night winning here. His penalty will make this tougher and although clearly in good heart he has yet to defy a mark this high. Rightcar was a well backed favourite last time and did well to finish 3rd after blowing the start. He looks sure to go well again. Christopher Chua (IRE) is still a maiden but he has been getting closer. He placed on his only start here and he looks to have a good chance of breaking his duck. Under Par has become a frustrating horse to follow. She has come so close to breaking her maiden tag on several occasions before a below par effort last time. She drops in trip here which could be the key as she has nailed several times in the dying strides over 7f, she loves to front run and she could lead these a merry dance from pillar to post. She has one last chance as our selection.

Race 6: 8:20 – Biggest Free Bets With bookmakers.co.uk Handicap (Div II) – Class 6 – 4yo+(0-52) – 5f

Flow Chart (IRE) ended a long losing run last time beating First Rebellion and Blue Noodles who won last night and runs again under a penalty. He should confirm the form with both providing he is in the same heart after a short break. He is still well treated on his best form having won off 63. Very First Blade backed up his win here with a decent run behind Upper Lambourne at Southwell he did finish behind Ryedale Dancer (IRE) in that race who again run with credit there last time. She is back on the mark she won over course and distance and like all these she is not one to put maximum faith in but she looks to be the e/w value in the race and is our tentative selection.

Race 7: 8:50 – Compare Bookmakers At bookmakers.co.uk Median Auction Maiden Stakes – Class 5 – 3yo – 1m

Two No Bids (IRE) continues to run well without winning. She is sure to find an opening soon but remains vulnerable to less exposed types. Sharaar (IRE) was green on debut but was not without promise. the 3rd from the race has gone on to win next time. He has been gelded prior to run this run and looks a big player here. Off The Pulse ran a good race to finish second on debut behind an odds on fav. He is sure to give his running again but the form looks a little suspect. Eric The Grey (IRE) returns from a break on the back of a decent effort last time finishing a head behind Gabrial’s Wawa who has franked the from going on to win last time off a mark of 73. He steps up in trip which is sure to suit and looks to be a big player here. He is a tentative selection in an unappealing betting race.

Race 8: 9:20 – Football Free Bets With bookmakers.co.uk Handicap – Class 5 – 4yo+(0-70) – 1m 4f

A small field to end the racing at Wolves. Blazing Desert returns from a spin over hurdles and looks to have leading claims. He was just denied last time out by Waving over course and distance. Hallstatt (IRE) returns from a lengthy break looking for his 1st win in 3 years. Reasons Unknown (IRE) was unsuited by a slow pace last time out over a mile and is not ruled out back over this trip. With Hindsight (IRE) is the interesting runner stepping up in trip. He is well treated on his best form and although the trip is an unknown he is a half brother to Cracking Lass who did see out the trip. He makes his debut for this yard and is a tentative choice to get the better of Blazing Desert in an unappealing race betting wise.
